These courses and coaching sessions are focused on increasing your communicative competence in order to build and maintain effective business relationships in a variety of business interactions (1-1s, meetings, presentations, and networking).

Topics can include how to small talk, holding your audience’s attention, persuasion, how to give effective feedback, communication planning, and how to organize your spoken and written communication.
